Bio
Forrest Soderlind's passion for games started on the Commodore64 many years ago and led him to start programming and working with graphics. He continued developing his traditional art skills along with his technical side and found that he enjoyed the combination of working with both. He discovered that DigiPen Institute of Technology is a great place for further development and completed the BFA program.
Forrest is a lambda x: x if type(x) is rigger else x=tech artist (or Technical Artist to non-techies) at Bungie. He works with characters and objects as a link between the 3D Character Artists and Animation. He also build tools for them to help improve their workflow. Previously, Forrest worked at Microsoft Games Studio, where he was a Game Tester on a number of different titles, including Gears of War 2 and Fable 2. After that, he joined the team at Zipper Interactive as a Game Tester working on MAG and Socom 4.
During his downtime, Forrest enjoys making music and world traveling with his wife.
