Bio
Brian Schneider is the Director of University Relations at Zynga. Over the last two years, Brian has grown his University Relations team rapidly in order to help fuel the growth of the rest of the company as Zynga has expanded from 200 employees when he first arrived to over 1800 today. Brian's team partners with academia on curriculum recommendations and runs all efforts for finding, recruiting, and retaining new university graduate and intern talent for all of Zynga's studio locations around North America - and increasingly now, the world.
Throughout Brian's career, he has worked with over 40 universities. He was previously a manager on the University Relations team at Electronic Arts where he built and maintained relationships with several universities and game design & development programs throughout the country. Prior to EA, he was the Executive Director of Market Development for a privately held interactive media company based in the southeast. Brian first got started in the university relations space at Microsoft where he spent four years on the college recruiting team as a Senior Technical Recruiter. But the earliest traces of his involvement with universities can really be found at the University of Florida where he obtained his degrees in Psychology and Business Administration.
At the time of this writing, Brian is a level 50 CityVille player but hopes that with the addition of you as his neighbor, he can help both you and himself to build much taller franchise skyscrapers!
