Professor of Computer Information Technology
Lone Star College – Tomball


Davis is a Professor of Computer Information Technology for Lone Star College – Tomball. For the past four years, she has served as the Program Specialist for the college’s Game Design and Simulation Program and advisor for the campus game development club. The program has garnered national attention through the service learning projects it has undertaken. The most notable being the Emergency Response Simulation focusing on faculty response to a campus shooter.

She holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Houston. The first is in Radio/Television and the second is English with a Creative Writing concentration. Her master’s degree is in Mass Communication Studies, also from the University of Houston. She is currently working on a Post-Master Certificate in College Teaching and a doctorate in Instructional Design and Online Learning from Capella University.
